Ashley Smith [Broker]
I’m passionate about helping buyers and sellers in every stage of life navigate the process with confidence, whether they’re purchasing their first home, selling a longtime property, or searching for room to spread out in a rural community.
With a strong background in legal services, business ownership, and client communication, I bring professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail to every real estate transaction. I especially enjoy working with residential acreage and country properties throughout Lane County and surrounding areas. Growing up around agriculture, horses, and rural living has given me a deep appreciation for the lifestyle and unique considerations that come with these properties. At the same time, I love helping clients with residential homes and guiding them toward the next chapter that fits their goals.
I believe real estate should feel collaborative, educational, and well-communicated from start to finish. My approach is centered around consistent communication, transparency, and making sure my clients feel informed and supported throughout every step of the process. No two clients or transactions are exactly alike, and I take pride in helping people create a strategy that works best for their individual needs.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Oregon after studying Spanish and Business Administration. Before transitioning into real estate, I spent five years working as a paralegal for a Eugene law firm handling breach of contract civil litigation. Prior to that, I owned and operated Oregon Process Service, a company serving legal documents throughout Lane County.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy caring for my animals, competing in barrel racing, and spending time outdoors with my family on camping and hunting trips. Whether you’re looking for a neighborhood home or open acreage, I’d love the opportunity to help you achieve your real estate goals.
